Good Morning, Peeps!

I have 46 going into lockdown on Friday, just in time for the set day!

I have been collecting all the eggs from my girls to select from, and the boys are not liking that I am picking which eggs they get to eat! They like to do that themselves! They fight over the big ones, especially if it looks like it may be a double-yolker!

Hatched this morning. I'm so excited he's from my OWN flock

He even has the puffy little cheeks! He's so darn cute.. (His/Her name is Pancake, cuz he/she looks like pancakes with syrup and butter all over them)​

I made DH take off work today for the big snow, and woke up to nada, yet. He could've gotten a half day in at least

1 stuck w/ feet over its head in air cell & assisting, as it couldnt pip externally but its looking great!

I have my RIR eggs just got a call my silkie eggs are waiting for me at the p.o. Yay!!! It will be a little while before I can grab those though. The p.o. Guy left me a msg... Kelly it's me again your other package is here waiting lol!!

I was going to do the same thing today, but woke up toa little snow. So off to work I went.

So my eggs are sitting at the post office and I can't get off my driveway because of the snow!! I live on a steep hill and my son and I are missing yet another day of school/work because of this and now I can't even get to my eggs either! What a nightmare!! Ugh I think only one box is here though just the RIRs.

Arrrgh! That is awful! I hope you can get to them in time!

That is such a sweet sound! May I ask what kind of thermometer you use. I am just recovering from a really bad hatch using 2 brinsea therms that were off.Last year I hatched about 30% with different therms and thought Brinsea would be better but not so. I am asking everyone I can about their therms. Hope to see baby photos soon.

Here's what I use here in Canada. Lots of Canadians use this one for its reliability. Got it at Wal-Mart.
