Oh my goodness!! Oh my goodness!! HELP PLEASE!!!!

I got to work today and I have an early pip in one of the three eggs that actually made it to lockdown! My problem is, I am attempting a staggered hatch for the first time and I had intended to use my other bator as a hatcher, but I just can't seem to get my s*!t together enough to get the bator into town and get it set up... So I took 2 rails out of my turner and set the eggs on the floor of the bator and jacked up my humidity... Anyway... this morning, I find that one pip, but the turner has gone nuts and tipped the eggs too far, so now I have eggs falling out of the turner and the turner seems to be stuck because eggs are jammed up against rails not allowing it to turn back the other way....

What to do?? What to do?? What to do???

Okay.. took the duct tape "shoes" off the chickie, and I'm trying the band aid thing... She gets around better, but she's not trying to use her legs to hold herself up at all... she's just frog hopping all over the place now... I'm glad she has a lot of energy at least!

should I try to put the band aid higher to make her keep those "knee" joints straight? vet tape?

Here is a great link on fixing SPRADDLE LEG

So, I set all my eggs to hatch Saturday, except a couple due Monday under a broody (not really part of this hatch). Its Thursday. I have some out already. There are always slow ones, so this is going to drag through Monday/Tuesday, I'm guessing.
This is going to be ONE LONG WEEKEND!

I think I need to chill some beverages to get through this.

When do your other eggs hatch? You will have to open the bator and fix the issue with the turner. Get that other bator for hatching ASAP.

Anyone? I woke to only 50% humidity and 96 degrees. Do I open and adjust or leave closed until hatch day on Saturday?

Adjust your temp up. I'd not have worried about turning temp down for hatch unless they started heating up your incubator by themselves. Mine did just that last night, that or my incubator was mysteriously heating up slowly, so I adjusted it down the 0.5-1F they raised it. As your going to open your incubator might as well add a damp sponge to up humidity where you want it too. If your on day 19 they shouldn't start to pip until much later today or tomorrow so you've plenty of time to fine tune now.

I love the peeping in my incubator! I am glued to the incubator with one ear to the top and tapping and talking to those babies! My pipped duck loves my voice
