Why should round eggs not be incubated?

• The air sac is likely to be displaced, when the chicken starts to hatch it won't be able to breathe.. As the chicken will start pipping where the air sac should be, it won't be able to breathe as there is no air.

The exception would be Barnevelder eggs. Their eggs are very round, and they hatch fine. I sometimes have to candle them to see which end has the air sac.

Oh my word, they are cute!! I'd have a hard time choosing too. No chance Khaleesi will keep those baby blues? They are gorgeous...and yep, Tank has that "Oh, bother" look!

Nope...Sire's eyes are brown, and Kalli's eyes are yellow like a wolf. So Khaleesi will end up with brown or yellow. I wish she'd keep the blue eyes, but it's very rare in purebreed labs.
