Babies, I have babies! One more on it's way. The first one that had pipped at the wrong end, didn't make it. Plus, it had quite the crooked beak. And, it's leg was way wrong..from the hip area problem. Not feeling too bad it didn't make .. poor baby. Oh, and it was a NN..but no NN.
I have plenty of NN's now. :)

Quote: Plastic sleds are very usefull-- even my kdis can move bales of hay while I"m busy with another chore. TIps over occassionally, but they perservere.

Yea like no cleaning
LOL-- I wish!!! lol

At least a delay---lol. We usually pile on the straw and the decaying matter adds heat; good ventilation always a must for lambing. Uine drains quickly down into the material and way from the lambs.

Yes!

Likely one from the hatch picture too.

We are incubating by hen again this year, so single mating. It makes a big difference to know what the hens are producing.

Me TOO!!!! @chicken picken... When the snow was too deep here I used a sled to move the fresh shavings and such into the coops and the nasty stuff to the garden. (thank you for yet another awesome tip, Sally Sunshine). Since we're posting the goat pics... here are some of my babies: The above pic is of our "Houdini" we simply could NOT keep her put...till we got the No climb fence, NOT one escape since....Woo Hoo!!! @SilkieSensation (I know, I know, there is no such thing as a 'goat proof fence'), but this is working for me, for now. YAY!!
