Shes giving me the broody face. I noticed her watching me for a week now, and she was getting mad when i take her eggs. She wont risk loosing anymore. Shes building her clutch and wont get off the nest

Tonight is Chicks Night Out at my feedstore The Mill! Chicken fun every year. A brief seminar, door prizes, chicks and individual chick orders. I'm going to order 6 pullets of something...don't know what yet, but every one of them will be different. I'm so excited! Wish me luck with the door prizes!!!

I am going to set a dozen or so bantam eggs for Easter, are the incubation settings supposed to be different for bantams or not?

Nope! all the same! wich type fo bantams you getting? bantams normally pip around lockdown day and hatch early around the 20th. happened every time for me! little buggars wont stay in there till actual hatch date! hahahah

instead of a new years day hatch, I had a new years eve hatch!
