Ty
Ty For the advise. My plan was to keep it at 100 this time. As the humidity goes when I run it dry it stays around 30% if any one has any thoughts on my plan I'd like to hear them

That's where I have my still air set, then if it spikes, I'm not in trouble. Mid to upper 30's is where I like the humidity. :)

I got my Bresse eggs for the Hatch-a-long! They were packed wonderfully and have no detached or saddle cells, just a few that are a little loose. I've never received eggs packed like this and so far I'm extremely hopeful after the initial candling. Let the incubation begin!

Two silkies might have jumped in my shopping cart at TSC yesterday. Don't tell my kids...they already think I'm crazy. I put the new babies in with my 3 day olds I just hatched. The biggest BCM pecked the smallest silkie and it turned around and pecked back pretty hard. The BCM took off and hid behind the rest! She really put him in his place and now everyone piles together to sleep.

My incubator is in our third (and totally unnecessary) full bathroom. We'll probably turn it into a storage area, because what small one story house needs three full baths?? Anyhoo, there are no windows and the door stays shut. Since there are two other bathrooms, no one goes in there except me to check on the incubator.

LOL I have a small one story house with 3 bathrooms and wouldn't have it any other way. I couldn't imagine not having 3. We are a fam of 5 (4 of us being girls). DH wanted to knock down the 3rd bathroom off the kitchen to gain more space in the garage I said "NO WAY!" lol.
