I guess my hatch day is either Saturday or Sunday? I'm not sure, never could figure those numbers out. My eggs went in about 5 pm Saturday night the 14th. What day/time would I actually do the lock down?
Tuesday the 31st (5pm) would start your day 18 so you could lockdown Tuesday night or Wednesday morning and still be day 18. Saturday evening would start your day 21.

No, I was just clarifying the date on the post so there was no confusion. I don't use calculaters, I just look on the calendar. .

The pdf was of the actual hatch date and includes which day for lockdown.

I went to the website, entered the dates and then created a pdf for the person. I then saved the pdf to my desktop, replied to the original post and then used the add attachment tool to post the hatch chart. I also posted the link to the website for others to use.

When I am setting eggs weekly and running staggered hatches all season long, calendars calendars do not work for me. I hate missing lockdown and etc. I print out a hatch chart for each hatch and keep them in a binder. I also use the notes section to keep hatch of the hatch. I can also use the chart for each hatch to keep track of how the chicks develop.

I also have a better and more detailed application that I used last year for a breeder that I was hatching for. She found it to be very useful too.

I made myself a "hatch record" and hatch journal this time. First time I've been this detailed in record keeping-but it's my biggest hatch attempt so far, definitely the biggest # set w/100% fertility. I have no desire to do staggered hatches, or shipped eggs at this time. Maybe shipped eggs after I perfect my methodology on local. It's funny, no matter how many times you incubate or how well your incubations have been, there's always something more you can learn to improve and hone the environment and methods.

Are the temps on the chart for still air incubators? My Brinsea recommends 99.6 and thats what I left it at!
