Thank You!Sorry to here about the eggs in that incubator. I got a new battery for my Spot Check at Meijer last week. They were in the electronics department, NOT jewelry dept. If you go to WalMart try there.

That is a good idea. I think I will buy a few that way I will have back ups for later. I feel just terrible about all the could have been chicks that likely wont make it. I had 35 eggs in that bator, plus I put in 4 more a week later.@Chicken Picken
I bought six of the Spot Check's batteries (I have two) and when I use them down to two, I buy 6 more. This way, I always have a fresh battery to put in if I need it. I am a bit CDO about it......

I wonder if it is possible for some of them to catch up on development even if they take a few days longer to hatch. Anyone have experience with accidentally running the bator too cool and have eggs that are very developmentally behind. Im expecting a zero hatch from this incubator but I try to be hopeful.
