JoyfulPromise, any update on your little chick??
Yes, an Easter Egger. One of my HAL is cute puffy cheek fat black chick from a green egg. The mother is EE and father Ghost Barred Leghorn mix ... Would it be considered an Easter Egger?
Yes, an Easter Egger.
Should be quite productive--The chick may lay lighter eggs if it is a pullet.

Wait to see if the duck goes back to the eggs. They can sit for several hours and be just fine. The water will not hurt them either.Hey guys I need advice soon, we got a huge thunderstorm last night, and today, don't usually get rain here. I have/had a duck laying on some eggs, that are developing great, the duck is not on the eggs right now and the place the eggs are is totally soaked. Should I just bring them in the house to the incubator or hope it works out?
