I just set 80 eggs, they range anywhere from leghorn mixes to purebred Polish and Orphingtons with some Seremas and Silky eggs in the second incubator. I'm ready! Had to set them today as I'll be out off town tomorrow. This is my first time with so many eggs.

Hi guys! I Have a quick question... I had more eggs than would fit in my bitty bator, but I also have a broody so I set a couple under her. When I spill the beans about numbers should I count just what's in my Brinsea or should I count all of them?

Count all of them as long as the eggs were not placed under the broody earlier than yesterday.

I just picked up my shipped Wheaten Ameraucana eggs from Lark Rise at the P.O. !!!

I candled and a couple have slight saddle air cells, but nothing too serious. I am planning on letting them sit the rest of today and tonight, and then setting them with my other eggs tomorrow morning.

Oh ron..beautiful birds..beautiful eggs!
They are really great!

I also have some Basque hens in that pen. And a very pretty Olive egger pullet--UofA blue X Crele Penedesenca.

You can see her and the Basque hens here:

The one one on the left of the white hen is a Basque hen and the one on the right is an OE.
