Good morning everyone. One more week and it's Easter morning!!! Thank God. We've come this far by faith. Next week this time there should be a lot of chirping and happy fluffy baby chicks.

I set on Saturday evening but my Icelandics are almost always a day or so early so I'll be looking for them starting Thursday evening.

Candled my eggs tonight and everybody was moving and growing great! I am however nervous about the size of my air cells. Do these look like they are the correct size for day 13? Thanks

For the most part they look decent to me. Between days 14&18 is when you see the biggest growth of the air cell. Those don't look bad in my opinion.

Mine is Friday as well, But If this hatch goes anything like the last one, (and barring anything bad happening between now and then, I expect it too) I anticipate seeing some early pippers and 20 day hatchers. Good luck to you on yours!
