X's 3..only later for most..well, for me too. I am always behind on the Good mornings!
Poly V. Works great..as you probably already know.
The shakers are being donated for prizes. Maybe you will win.
I also do this..and like Sally just showed. I just in fact had to do this with my hatch..and she got to come out of her glass last night. Still wobbly, but standing, and is able to get up if she falls on her back. That's what I watch for the most when I put them back with other chicks that are all over the place, that they can stay upright, or get back upright if they fall on their backs. She does need to be shown how to drink and eat now. Hoping she catches on with the others as she gets even stronger as I feed her for now.
For candling, I use a Coast HP7. It is 250 lumens. I can see into my welsummer eggs enough to see veining, growth and movement.
Here is a faverolles egg to compare. They are from the same incubation batch, and are on day 13.
PS these pictures look waaaayyyy better if you click on them
What is Poly V.?
@Sally Sunshine , they yellow thing is a bandaid. I will try to find a container. Thanks so much for all the great advice.
Absolutely. I can try to figure out how to give you the link directly to the original post, if that would be better?
