Just let my husband in on 1/10th of the plans I have. He got a pained look on his face and went to Lowes. I know the lecture is coming.

If he knew all of it I think he would go to bed and pull the covers over his head. He tells me not to tell him because he gets overwhelmed, so I comply (or do I mean buy).

I mean.....he told me not to tell him....

My sanity is gone. I no longer have to worry about it.

Cree you and I must get together sometime face to face. I need someone who understands when I jump the gun and buy rare breed eggs because for some reason I found them at half the price they normally go for and may never get that chance again and I haven't finished building the extra coop and run.

Woke up to 8 little fuzz butts. Transferred 4 dry ones to the brooder. Three more eggs left

Congrats!

I have three more hatching. I put them under Susie, my broody hen I had to take them from because the other chickens were damaging them. I have her locked in the roosting room so that she can bond to them before I move her.

Don't worry once I get these orust chicken eggs. I'll be hatching them and putting up pics for days!!!

I can't wait!
