Oh well that makes more sense lol but I'm sorry you can't fuel you addiction that way lol. last year we walked in to buy three chick got told there was a minimum of 6 and walked out with seven. Lol
Sorry to hear that.
Oh no! I know it's not funny...(ok...it's a just a little bit funny)Frustrating for sure!!![]()
But I think that's just wild your feed stores get chicks in just have chicks there. Loose. Waiting for people to buy them. I've never seen anything like that here. At all. Closest thing to that was when our local co-op used to get a group of chicks in for their big specials week in March. But you couldn't buy them...it was a raffle. Yep...no chicks here at all.![]()
Thanks, won't be back until at least the 8th depends on when the specialists get in and how he's doing after surgery, hoping they don't decide he needs chemo. You can still set your eggs +/- 2 days and have the numbers count if that could work for you. Just to let you know.![]()
I don't, I just use a small clamp on thingymajig with a 60 watt bulb in my brooder, that is plenty for the few I'm hatching at a time, guess if your doing a bigger brooder you could use more than one
Thanks for responding! I guess I should have said I'm looking for something similar to what I posted (what is that called? Lol) but not as costly as the Brinsea one would be fantastic.
I ordered some eggs off eBay, they should be here in time.
