The 7th Annual BYC Easter Hatch-A-Long!

Was unable to find that site could you post a link or would that be considered cross posting? I would love to rate a couple of sellers I've bought eggs from one great and one terrible. Also would be nice to have in the future when buying.
IDK if it is cross posting or not. It is a FB site- Good Eggs, Bad Eggs and also USA Poultry Buyers/Sellers Reviews. Since I didn't post a link maybe I won't be spanked.

:bow to all of you that have over 100 eggs in your bator.  I don't know how you brood so many chicks!

I don't. There is am auction planned for the Sarurday hatch, thTs why I set a tad early, the 3rd.
I set more than I needed and will sell off the extras. I plan on about 35 to 40 chicks to raise.

So one of my Guinea would not go in the coop tonight. Waited till dark tried give it treats to persuade it. But no dice when I went to try to round him/her up. It jumped on a tree. So I had no choice but to lick up the coop and leave. Hopefully it does all right I'm gonna go out in a hour or so and see if it's trying to get in the coop. But all the other guys are tucked in safe. So if I can't get it in the coop. I prey it makes it. Plus I have chicks hatching one hatched and lots of pips. Exhausting day cleaned all the coops and runs. Scrubbed down the waters feeders. Fresh bedding and cleaned the 5 week olds brooder out and had some alone time with them with a cold beer. Got to love the start of spring coming!!
Don't worry, it will be ok, I have 2 of mine that do that sometimes, especially if the night is going to be nice, The owls haven't even found them. but you won't be able to get them in, just saying from experience.

Could be a mixed blessing if it survives....it will then want to sleep outside and will teach others to sleep out there, too.

Chickens are a lot of work, especially after chicken math sets in. At the same time, I get more exhausted entering notes into the computer for my really job than any amount of poop scooping! Also the reward of all those little faces. Everywhere I go, (because my chickens are now EVERYWHERE), I have adoring peeps following me, hoping it's treat time! I will take poop to pushing papers anytime!!!
I hope your guinea makes it! and your pips turn into peeps.
