A dog came in my back yard and killed all my bantam that I had free ranging including my broody Serama. I was able to save her eggs angle out them in the incubator.

UGH! Roaming dogs are the worst! We had two come and decimate our buff orpington flock several years back. Went from 30 birds to 6. My sister (who was only 11 at the time) actually saved her pet barred rock by chasing one of the labs and hitting it on the head with a stick (brave girl!) which caused him to drop her chicken, still alive. My father was maaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaad. Sorry for your loss.

I'm really ecstatic! Every one of my shipped silkie eggs (Florida to PA) is developing and wiggling all around

never expected that! I'm hoping they all hatch now lol

I've seen pics like that a long time ago (from someone else), I think it's called "squirrel tail". Don't know anything about it other than it looks cute (to me).
