The 8th Annual BYC Easter Hatch-a-long!!!!

I tossed out 2 clears from my test hatch. One was the over-a-month-old-at-set Marans eggs and the other was from my 4 or 5-year-old hen. All 3 eggs from my 7-year-old hen are doing great. I find it funny that Jazzy can keep up with a pullet on laying at her age. The last egg is from the other hen and it's doing great.

I'll start collecting the week of the hatch, but I'm not all that worried about getting eggs from my hens. I have box of mystery eggs coming from Meyer for the hatch.

Two more. That makes three.

LOL! If I were you, I'd go for the Brinsea, Mini II Eco. It's cheap, it's affective, and it's small. It fits about 10 chicken eggs, duck eggs, and lots of quail and banties. That's the one that I have, and I love it. Just giving you advice, but do what you want

Pretty sure she ended up with a Styro Hovabator.
