I follow the rules as long as he isn't crowing a lot, or us loud. Thus guy has the most quiet crow! Only crows in the morning about 5 times, and the same in the evening. A sex link. I e talked with neighbors, thay don't breast him. I may be able to keep him for a while. They usually find their voice. :/ Then, I have a gal that has a farm and yard in chickens.

I have the two lavender ameracauna I have raised up 5 went to auction 7 cockerels from 11 straight run I bought 10 there where 11 he gave me the lone one.. one of the boys is not as vocal as the other him I will keep but no problems here with cockerel still farm country I have 2 of the eggs fertilized by them under a Silky broody still waiting on my 12 marans eggs no call from the post office yet

I really do miss having my own eggs to set :hit I had two boys at one time wth their separate girls but it was a crowing competition, constantly! For the sake of everyone’s sanity I rehomed one and kept just one for a while. The crowing did subside some but we got a bunch of new neighbors and before they started complaining I rehomed him too. It really was like a street exodus, out of 10 homes we got new neighbors in 6 of them in the space of a year.
Hope it wasn’t my boys who moved them all on!
