I have the same bator as you. My pic was taken through the window. Makes a world of difference. Can’t wait to see your babies!

Ok, I peeled off the plastic wrap stuff, it is extremely clear now, one of the duck eggs has piped, he must be the one chirping.

Turkeys are done hatching. I got 3. One had a lot of fluid in the shell and drowned after pipping unfortunately and one pipped internally but never pipped through the shell so it didn't make it either. The 3 that did though are looking good and healthy! Pictures later! Now for the chicks....

I am watching my duck egg shake around and chirp and a Leghorn egg decided to join him and is now chirping and trying to pip.

I was wondering if the the chicks could share the brooder with a bantam silkie hen, she is in my room for the winter and if the answer is no then things are going to get tricky here in a second...

Woke to the sounds of chirping this morning. Five of eight have hatched and number six has pipped. Even if the last two do nothing this is the best hatch I’ve ever had. I am a dry hatch convert.

That is awesome! None of mine have hatched yet but several are now chirping and 1 has pipped.

Got 3 pips on some of my 16 Maran eggs this morning.
