it,doesn't show.an I just spray my goose egg after I turned it.we have hard water here in Louisiana where I am.will it hurt it.
Quote: I don't know personally, we don't have hard water here. If in doubt, I would buy bottled water. Thats a good question towards folks that do spray their eggs.
If you are candling your egg every day, the more you handle it, the less likely its going to hatch. A quick turn is no biggie. I usually candle around day 10, remove any duds, then candle at lockdown. Everyone does things differently, thats how I do it and what works for me.
Keep in mind, a mother goose turns eggs with her feet, or bill. She keeps them underneath her while she turns them. Once a day, she leaves the nest to eat, drink, relieve herself and then returns. I keep food and water very close to a broody goose so she is more inclined to eat. There is usually little time the eggs are not continually covered.
and I don't cool them
Okay. Does it have to be epsom salt or does table salt work? And is it sometimes sold as bath salt? Its a type of salt. Yo can find it in the pharmacy isles just about anywhere. Commonly used for foot soaks for people lol.
Quote: I think some do use it as bath salts. Just ask at the pharmacy window for epsom salt. Its really inexpensive.
Ok?I,need some help ASAP
