he did after he hatched.but now he doesn't.really weak all of a sudden.probably won't make it through the night

He may just be one of those goslings that doesn't make it through. Are you sure he's getting enough niacin? Is the water deep enough to put his whole head in?

What temperature is the gosling in right now? If he is dry he needs to be out of the incubator. A gosling that is too warm will act lethargic.
