The age old question...rooster or hen?

I would love to know your thoughts on this one. This is an ameraucana that is probably around 3 months old or more.

The only thing that makes me question is that all the hens have clearly defined tails that form the typical hen peak. But this only always seems to have a droopy tail feathers, which I've heard indicates roo.

Despite the droopy tail feathers, I would say hen, particularly because of the typical EE hen coloring.
