Hilina smiled. "Yes, it is." She replied and picked it up.

King smiled, as he went back to the food pile. He chose a rather large mouse, and sat down to eat it.

 

[Alyssa-Bee]

Gerald stopped yipping. He realized who the much bigger wolf was. It was their father, Blazer.
Blazer noticed Rusty coming over. "Rusty? What are you doing out too?" He asked.

"Nothing?" Rusty answered, still not realizing that it was Blazer.

 

[Lacy Duckwing]

King smiled, as he went back to the food pile. He chose a rather large mouse, and sat down to eat it.

Hilina ate her rabbit right up.

"Nice date." Said a unrecognizable brown female from behind as she picked up a small squirrel from the food pile.

"Nothing?" Rusty answered, still not realizing that it was Blazer.

Blazer shook his head. "You two pups need to stay in the den." He told both pups. He let his paw off of Gerald. "Ok." He said quietly.

"Who?" King said, turning around.

"Who?" King said, turning around.

The brown wolf laid down with her meal and started eating it. "Bobcat River has thawed out and is raging. I was thinking about going for a swim if it's not too dangerous. Care to join me, Hilina?" The other wolf talked.

Hilina put her head up confused. She didn't recognize this wolf, yet the wolf knew her. She was confused. As she looked at the brown wolf, she thought she saw a hidden smile as if she was trying to play a joke on Hilina.
