Khali finally cooled herself down and caught her breath and pushed against Caiden. "I love you, you know?" She asked with a contented smile.
Tess also said her first word by copying her brother. "Mommy??"

After cleaning his paws, Alexander stood up and looked around. He thought about swimming if it wasn't too cold.
"What should we do now?" She asked with a small tail wag.

Caiden smiled big. "I love you too!" He replied. His tail started wagging wildly.

"Swimming. If it's not too cold." Alexander replied. He enjoyed swimming, so he wanted to do as much as possible before the lake froze.
Khali's tail started wagging too. She licked his face.
"Okay! Let's go see then!" She said before running over to the lake.
