Jezzabelle growled twitching a little in annoyance, she opened one eye and batted her brother with her paw

She lay ears pricked waiting for any indication of Macaw moving

Macaw occasionally twitched his tail just to annoy the wolf down below.

A couple of hours went by.... And Macaw still remained in his spot- sleeping now.

Macaw woke up. He stood up and stretched out with a loud yawn. "Ah, that was a good nap." He said to himself and looked down. "You're still here? Bored yet?" He chuckled.

Laufen huffed and pounced on his brother yet again.

"He actually listened to you." Alexander replied. "And obeyed. He hasn't done that since Trevor was Alpha." Alexander stepped away. "Now where is Owl?" He said inpatiently.

"Oh." Gerald replied. He didn't dare get close to the river, but watched Owl. He looked up and noticed Hunter and Becky strangely watching them from a safe distance on a nole on the other side of the river. He noticed that Hunter looked sad. Gerald looked at Owl to see if he was the only one that saw them, then got distracted by a large bug crawling on a log.

“Well he better after all the trouble he just caused” Álfr nearly growled. “He’ll be here, he has one of the pups and he’s carrying water so he can’t move too fast.”

Owl didn’t notice and turned and walked as fast as he could without spilling the water.

"Hey, you asked." Alexander replied. "Don't get offensive." He paused. He was about to open his mouth to complain about a pup going with Owl, but he decided against. He figured it best to keep quiet about the matter now.

Gerald saw Owl leaving, so he left the bug and followed Owl instead.
