Gregory strolled casually along the rocky beach, sniffing the air, sampling the algae, and basking in the ever-strengthening sunlight. Winter was losing its grip on the frozen wilderness, and he could feel it. The darkness was ending, and the midnight sun would soon rise to not set again until autumn. He sighed contentedly. Spring was coming at last.
