Birchen, Columbian and Pattern gene should do the trick

No, Transverse lacing is a different pattern.

The best example of a breed using this pattern(Silver lacing on a black feather background, it would have been nice to see them on gold based too) is the Iowa Blue breed

I highly suspect that breeds that have proficient silver lacing on black backgrounds have Similar genetic make up as the Autosomal Barring breeds, except those use Dark Brown as restrictor and the ones showing up in the USA have Columbian instead

That's a beautiful color/pattern. Would look amazing in several combinations with either silver or gold lacing. I'll have to keep those in mind.
