What could be causing that greenish tint on an otherwise white skin?
It seems to be some sort of pigmentation on the scales of the shanks.

I did read somewhere about one of the RJF Subspecies having what's referred to as Mossy Green legs instead of the typical slate legs. That was about 2-3yrs ago, so I'm not sure if I can find it again.

My naked neck male has dark skin. He came from a dark male and a green legged light skinned female. Does he have one dark gene or one dark and one light gene to pass on to his offspring?

Your naked neck male is heterozygous for the the Fibromelanotic mutation Fm so he is Fm/fm+ if cross to a dark shank hen he has 50% chance of passing his dark skin and 50% chance of passing the light skin
