Looks like a Ameraucana or EE/Buff Orp cross

Or less likely a Buff Ameraucana(rooster) cross

Update on the Transverse Pencilled boy.
He's Transverse Pencilled with Spangling, & what looks to have some psuedo lacing on his back. It's a weird mixed pattern, is all I can say.
