What's a Devon Malay?

Just one of many names breeders give their line of birds, that rooster is clearly not pure Malay but either a composite breed or a known cross

Never heard of it. I think they said something about it being excellent bloodline, so maybe it's a breed they came up with, or was in possession of from someone else.

What's Sport, is it the same as Khaki, or not?

Just noticed my "Red Pyle," Laughing chicken pullet isn't Red Pyle. Zero dilution to the red on the breast, no yellow in the hackles, & she has grayish speckles bordering some of her feathers. It's like wildtype is trying to show itself, but in an odd way.

Should be able to get pictures today when I go get the first round of eggs.

What's Sport, is it the same as Khaki, or not?

"Sport" is the name given to colors not accepted but are unavoidable due to the nature of the mutation for example Lemon Blue, the sport would be a Splash Lemon(not accepted)

No.
At least in rabbits, Sport is a color that shouldn't have happened and should be culled from projects (like a completely white or solid colored harlequin)
