The "Ask Anything" to Nicalandia Thread

From what I gathered from the genes info a e+/eWh combination would be virtually indistinguishable from Wheaten.

So the chick would not have a pattern but would be white/yellow.
The females show an intermediate pattern, but mostly wheaten

I just went and peaked at all my cemani feet to compare. Definitely a color difference. So white or yellow over fibro always shows with the pale spots where the skins thicker?

Can be seen in shanks, & beaks too.

Here's my only Yellow skinned Fibro LF Silkie pullets.

Lets get this Back on Track because MysteryChickrns got it all confused.

Fm/fm+, Id/id+ males will have Clear Skin(wheather is yellow or white)

Fm/fm+, Id/- females will have clear White of Yellow Skin.

Fm/fm+, Id/Id males the same as the above

Fm/Fm, Id/id+ males the same as above.

Fm/Fm, Id/Id males the same as above.

Fm/Fm Id/- females the same as above

Males usually have clear yellow/white shanks, but in the presence of recessive white their shank turns dark
