The Authentic Scavenger Hunt

The red combs are great.
But I believe the idea of the scavenger hunt is to be more specific. Like any fowl with (almost) white legs.

I've seen lots of "any fowl" posts to wake the thread back up? But any fowl with light colored legs works, too. I just want people to post

White chicken legs? Not sure if they are white enough.
Next hunt senior chicken (has to be over 5 years old).

'Any fowl' has kind of become like the unofficial 'restart' when the board gets slow. I don't think there's a problem with using that as the hunt. For the record, a lot of the hunts posted lately have not been possible for me to fulfill, so it's nice to get an opening like that every now and then.



As for the current hunt, my oldest two hens will be 10 years old around April this year! This is one of those two, Merlin, an Easter-egger:

According to the rules everyone can alter or broaden the hunt after 2 hours. This way we can keep the hunt alive.

Everyone can choose what they like of course, but if you choose any fowl its not a hunt anymore IMO. I do like the idea to ask for any fowl to restart, if there was no reply for a long time.

But I prefer to add something to the original hunt. This way the scavenger hunt gets attention, will be more easy, still is a hunt and respectful to the winner of the previous hunt.

I don't have any chooks with green legs! Can't wait to see photos of some, best mine get to is a metallic silver.
