The babies are here

They hate being locked in at night. They come running when it's time bed and tonight corn on the cob, but after their in lock down they rattle the fence. Our yard is pretty secure but they would sleep right outside the back door if I let them. I didn't build a house with a yard for nothing. They need to enjoy it.

They throw tantrums! :lau My one goose does the fence rattling thing, too. He settles down after I go back in the house.

They are definitely growing. Levi is easily the largest now. But from what I have heard, the ganders have a higher pitched voice but his is the deepest right now. They will only be 9 weeks old tomorrow so have more changes to come.

He showed me his first gander like behavior today. Stood between the girls and my dad for the first time. Of course dad was wearing camo which seems to set them off compared to everyday clothes.

I'll have to get pictures tomorrow their currently settling down for bed. You would only get sleepy pictures tonight.

Taleah in the front and Levi in the back.

Aw! Beautiful birds. I love when they tuck their beak in their feathers like that.

& Pearl has the deepest voice, too! I keep going back & forth over whether he's a gander or a goose. No point, really, as I won't know for sure until next Spring and somebody (or nobody) lays an egg.
