A little early to tell. Is Peewee one of the Buff Orps? They can be slower to mature than others. I had some BO cockerels that showed almost immediately and others that had me guessing until 20 weeks. To the people worried about Peawee, I took her pic tonight. 4 weeks old she was supposed to be a boy sent with the frypan but hopefully a girl... look at the little comb.View attachment 1657682
) their heads still have baby fuzz, bodies are fully feathered, but these are mostly head shots, they move around a bit so not all are good pics, but you can still see comb. I am # them too so if you have a comment you can mention which number pic it may be. I am putting up the known boys first, and poss breeds. If they look glum it is prolly because they don't like posing.
That sounds like a nice thing to do! If you wait until they don't need heat, you'll probably have your favorites picked out.A nice family called they are hard workers but on the poor side, they left a message, and wanted to know if I had roosters for them, I think I may offer 10 of the fry pans, (the ones with the big combs,) but I may wait until they don't need heat.
One thing that would be nice about that, even if I give away 10, I will still have some roosters to play bachelor game with with out being overwelmed with so many roosters.
That is the idea behind the meal makers.
