Hermione is a silkie cross (Or do I mean a cross silkie as she is broody?). Since she lays bantam sixed blue eggs, I reckon that makes her a bantam

She isn't real old (an '07 hatch), but she was malnourished when I got her last year, floppy comb and all. She never laid last year, and this winter I had to take her in our shed under a heat lamp with her own cozy bed. She's the only serama I really had to keep a close eye on. It's ok though, she's an adorable little girl!
