They are the same person, I am guessing if you are smiling vs a confused look on your face, your face might look different too. But same person. If you have a short hair cut vs a long hair cut, your ears might look different too. But same ears and person. If you lost weight (due to stress or what ever) your face might look thinner too, but same person.

If you look at the side by side "comparison" it looks different because the image on the left is not sized to the one on the right. Was a photog for years and that was easy for me to spot - there are lots of ways to manipulate images to tell the story you want it to. It's the same guy, in one picture he was probably wearing colored contacts.
