This is my Brad Pack, Molly, Polly (Demi), Ally and Emilio. Brad was their Welsummer protector hen but she passed last year from sour crop issues They are pet quality, so they all have some kind of flaws…but they’re all sassy broody little momma-wannabes and Emilio is a very nice boy.

I just hatched a baby bantam Cochin and brought home a baby bantam Cochin that’s also from my birds that someone else hatched and offered to me so mine wouldn’t be lonely.

This is Brie - my lonely hatched egg that was abandoned four days before hatch so she finished in the incubator

And this is Ariana Sushi (daughters choice) I’m so excited to get a splash Cochin though!! All four of my bantam Cochins are blue, so I’m excited to have a black and a splash from them!

Thanks!! I also got two Silkie-Olandsk Dwarf chicks that are crazy adorable. My chickens make pretty babies hehe

[Fluffy Lambs]

A few months ago I ordered 8 "show quality black Cochin bantam eggs' (they even had a picture they had won grand at their county fair and they looked pretty nice) well they arrived on their side in a flimsy box from staples and a few pieces of bubble wrap around each egg with this don't x ray written in pencil so 2 hatched one was black and had it's brain sticking out of it's head (what I was told by some byc people) the other one hatched and remember how they were described as black she was like a lavender color but luckily had no brain you could see just some bent toes lol she grew so slow like is still only about as big as my hand and I think she's done growing for the most part . And her feathers were kinda weird like I thought she was silkied until recently she finally has real feathers growing in so I think china is just slow feathers rn @Gammas Bearded Babies
