I'm pretty sure I got a frizzle in my 4 cochin babies!!! They are super active right now.so very difficult to get a pic of them and their wings!

Not usually, no. I had the kitchen door open and she just wandered in. It's the first time I've ever had one lay in the house! Unless they manage to get any further because we've forgot to close doors, they're only allowed in the kitchen and only if I'm with them. At the moment, the only one allowed any further is my roo, Ferdy, as he is almost 100% house trained now and spends most of his indoor time sat on my shoulder. He's a mommy's boy and doesn't really come in unless I'm around.

I'm so envious! They're sooooo adorable at that age It's only 8 weeks since Stanley hatched and he's nearly as big as his mum.

They grow up way too fast!
As I was trying to make sure they are all getting along after I snuck the last one in that I had to assist...the cochins are standing on top of the heat plate, trying to jump over the edge of brooder...and grabbing at my fingers lol!

Waaaayyy too cute! This morning, I was feeding my hand tame robin with Stanley sat on my shoulder. Well, he really didn't like the robin getting 'his' live mealworms so he ran down my arm to pick a fight... poor robin, he was petrified!

I know! I've only been feeding him just over a week but he's already perching on my hand a few seconds longer each day. Stanley didn't totally scare him off thankfully as he came back for more this afternoon.

I think Gammas Bearded Babies' s Joey's foot problems are catching! I noticed Ferdy's feet looked a bit sore a couple of days ago so I've been trying to keep them clean and putting barrier cream on before he goes out in a morning. It's not easy as everything is so wet and/or muddy at the moment, Tonight I pulled a lump of dried mud off his 2nd toe while I was washing it. Only it wasn't. It was a scab over a broken quill. It bled like mad but I've managed to staunch it with cornflour and antibiotic powder. He doesn't seem too bothered by it but I hate the thought I've caused him pain.
