No kidding! Our polish hen was laying like crazy for a while but she is molting now. I'm anxiously waiting for my first egg. We have been eating store bought eggs for too long now to have so many chickens!

It doesnt take long for a over grown weed area to be turned into a giant dust bowl. They are pretty good at working the soil.
