I found some worms on my girls perch, looks like round worm. What are some suggestions for de-wormers, and what would be the withdrawal time for the eggs? thanks for the help

Hey this is what I use and works really good I usually do 5lb of feed and 1 cup of this and it is all natural no chemicals. I do this every 2 to 3 months just to keep them dewormed also depends on how many chickens you have I have 7 so if you have more just double it so they all get a good amount, make sure the powder mixes in very well with the feed. Hope this helped

DE will not kill off a parasite infestation...won't likely prevent one either.

@kelliej Wazine will kill off round worms.
Withdrawal for eggs is anecdotal, but I've seen 21 days suggested.

Fenbendazole kills roundworms and several other intestinal worms, and is approved for chickens with no egg withdrawal, last I looked. Piperazine is no longer on the approved list, and is less effective.

Thank you.
After seeing worms in one fresh poo, I haven't seen anyone else poo. (Chicken problems )

Anyway, after some googling, I think one hen is lethargic and I am treating her today.
The other girls are too difficult to wrangle so treatment for them will start this evening.
