Ok Sharon, comes home from work and I'm out in the woods behind the house in the dark with a chainsaw and when I saw she was in the kitchen I call her phone and ask her to bring out a pistol when she comes to feed the rabbits. She doesn't even ask why or what I'm doing she just says "ok be there in a few."
The whole story.
I guess the last wind storm we had a poplar tree crack at the base and was leaning toward the chicken pens, the next wind probably would have knocked it down on the fence. No big deal, grabbed the saw and a come along, some rope. pulled the tree back upright and then cut it down away from the fence. That explains the chainsaw in the dark
We also have a trap back there and in that was a big ole possum that was the reason for the gun.
Never a dull moment and she is the bestest!!!!!!!!!!
