The big and small of it all

    Yesterday I got the really small egg and today I got the really big one. I have no Idea who laid either egg. I have 9 nearly 1 yr old pullets. The only egg I know for sure is Cleo and she lays a green egg. The large one weighed 3.1 oz on my postal scale. And the small one weighed .4 oz. it was like the size of a malted egg at Easter!

    That's a cute little egg, it looks like it has pretty speckles on it too.

    How odd that looks. I got very small eggs when my hens first started laying and then the eggs increased in size as the chickens grew up. Cute egg though. Are you going to eat it?
