I got out their small pool that's easier to dump until the cold away. Now it's just rain which my ducks love, me not so much. Can't wait for spring and a dry run. It's been nothing but Mudd this winter. Def going to be doing pea gravel by next winter in the pool area!

It is so slick with mud here I walked up on the hill and slid down on my butt, need less to say I was covered in mud wet slimy mud too. yuck. Mud is so much fun to play in if your water fowl not so much if your human. Hose would have been a good idea for me.

Oh no! Lol

I noticed on one of the older females (rouen, not on my any of the babies)that there's like white spots on her head??? Either tips of feathers or maybe just missing feathers?? I'm assuming from mating maybe? It's my main girl the one my main drake likes to mate, I've only really seen one drake n one female who actually mate and/or interested in mating. I can try to get pic but my 2 older females are so skittish. But I have not really witnessed much mating activity so I don't think she's getting overly mated if that's what it's from, maybe drake just getting too rough?
And other than that all seems normal, eating etc
