Mine come outside no matter the temps but day before yesterday when the wind was really blowing they didn't eat much yesterday even at 2* they came out and ate but then all laid around on their feet and legs to conserve energy. I hope they [yours] come out and eat today they will need that extra energy for tonight when it hits us again.Nope. Noticed yest afternoon when I went to feed them again all their morning food was still there. This morning went out and food bowls still had food in them. They didn't run out of their house this morning either. They're acting normal but not coming out to eat like they normally do. So idk???? I took blanket off but they still aren't coming out
In their lil duckie minds they must have still seen that evil blanket lolI just forced them out into the run where it's sunny and nice. The min they got past the door of their house (which they were acting like it wasn't even open) they went running for food. And now swimming. Smh crazy ducks....
PracticingI also noticed one of the white girls (3 months old) kinda cranky this morning was going back n forth sitting where the mommas lay their eggs (they are still laying pretty much daily) I know she's still too young but is it a sign that she will lay soon??? Think I read 4months they start to lay eggs?
