Well it was my first show, and her first show as well. I had actually brought some bedding with me, but wasn't sure if I was allowed put more in after she knocked it all out! I did poo patrol and made sure to keep it cleaned up though! And she calmed down after a few minutes. I gave them a little treat every time I walked up to the cage, that tamed them pretty quick. Made them come to the front of the cage too.

My neighbor who is more experienced at showing had planned on going with me, but had to cancel due to family commitments.

First show? EXCELLENT

. Showing is a whole lot of fun!! You are absolutely allowed to use your own bedding...I've seen it done multiple times. I hope you enjoyed yourself and have future plans in attending more venues. Exhibiting poultry is a continual learning experience......every time you go; you'll pick up on new things to think about and better prepare yourself for future events. I use that dark paint to help paint that bar of slate in

......remember......build the barn and then paint it

No different than using that spray on sheen in a can?!?!? Some people

resort to drastic measures when they know that it "just falls short" All good things come from a can.......look at SPAM and vienna sausages and beer! All great things that come from a can!

Now where does the beer and awful canned meat come in? Treats for halftime in the breeding pens?

Canned meat ? I hadn't tried that, but mine will just about turn back-flips for peanuts!
