Awesome! How long will that take? I am so excited for my first show season! I want to try the Hutch show but dont want to be shredded by the pros

We definitely need more Buckeyes at Hutch. You can try the Youth Show, which might be a better place to start. It is a good, competitive show for youth as much as the open is for everyone else.

Look what's popping. One had the pip crust over and didn't make it out, but all the rest did. I will take that. Unfortunately, I realized this morning, the fan on my incubator quit during the night and I may have lost about 250 eggs. I think the next batch might be okay, but the ones I put in this week might not fair so well. Grr!

- but I hope you try finishing the hatch just in case.

The Blacks are a crossbreed bantam I am playing with. The others are very light yellow, some LF New Hampshires and then some that are from that bantam cross that are looking more like Salmon Faverolles, which was their father. I am looking for Black and Barred from that cross, so those will all go. Mostly Buckeyes though

I love this comparison pic of the two. The older one looks amazing and look at those legs!
