I got him on 3rd September and I see no poop I'm getting worried I let him out today and he was exploring and moving around fine hes eating grass and peeing but I see no poop!
@ EverythingDucks he was lying down in a resting position when I checked him and I didn't hear any grinding of teeth
Oh I'm glad you got him! I didn't notice if you mentioned that or not. Do you have any pictures...? :)

No poops are a bit of concern, but if he's acting normal, I'd not be too worried, especially if he's eating grass. No poop can mean either a block or GI stasis, both which can be bad, although I wouldn't jump to conclusions yet, since with a block he'd have a bloated/hard belly and I think with both (I've never dealt with bloat) he'd be a lot more lethargic and not eating anything. It could be he's just trying to get used to his new environment, so I wouldn't be too worried as I said.

What fishychix mentioned is called cecetropes, which is a different kind of a poo in rabbits rather than their normal, hard round balls. It's full of good nutrients and bacteria they need; actually reading about it is quite fascinating if a bit gross. :p But they usually eat cecetropes right as they come out, so you will rarely ever see them. Seeing frequent cecetropes (a few now and again are nothing to worry about) can also indicate the rabbit can have problems, which can range from something wrong inside the rabbit (linked to diet) or also other problems like arthritis, which would lead to them being unable to bend down and eat the cecetropes.

I don't know if you know any of that, sorry if you do! I haven't dealt with bloat before, so I can't mention much for that, but I know GI stasis can actually be easily treated. I'm uncertain what you can get in Pakistan, but if your rabbit ever gets stasis it can be treated with baby's gas drops. I don't have the dosage memorized, but it's easy to look up or you can ask here. And a way to encourage eating and help the problem is to give them either a little canned pumpkin, or one thing is Oxbow's critical care, which I highly recommend, but again, I don't know if you are able to get that.

Sorry for the long post, lol, but I'm not saying your rabbit has stasis or anything, I just thought I'd mention those things! Hopefully he'll start pooping soon. Does your new bun have a name? :)

I’m rethinking letting my bunnies kiss me now 😂🤢

I gave him the corn to eat but instead of eating he tossed it around first then tasted it and then ate it both of the cobs had very little corn on them. Ik the litter box is small and he can't move 360 in it. I'm looking for something bigger I added this because I wanted to litter train him as soon as possible so I can convince my parents to let me free range him in the house or atleast in my room.

He's adorable! :love And alright, hopefully he'll catch on fast with litter training! Is there a way you can test if he's good at holding it in for shorter periods of time? Like maybe put him on a towel or something? Because if your parents let you before he's completely litter trained, he may not go to the bathroom while out for shorter periods of time. (like an hour or less) I have one rabbit who was never litter trained (she lives outside) but I can bring her inside for up to an hour and she doesn't pee or poo at all. But then again, I also had a rabbit who would pee almost right away when we let him inside. But if you are allowed to test to see how good he is, maybe you can let him out for small periods of time maybe in your room or another safe place. Just a thought! Have you seen any poop at all since your last post?

Aw! He’s so cute! You’re gonna have lots of fun grooming him :). Are you into arts and crafts? You could do stuff with his fur like spin it or felt it into shapes. Lots if stuff online. People even sell it. Some people even do this with their dog’s and cat’s fur.

Quick question: 5 days ago we had babies born. There are three does living together, all were mated at the same time so I really don’t know who the babies belong to. initially there were 11 kits all in the same corner of the nest, today I only counted 8 living and these were separated into two corners of the nest. Do I have multiple mothers? Why would they start together and then separate?

I may have a rabbit have kits 🤣 she’s pulling out her fur and building a nest. I’m going to hold it and see if I can feel anything tomorrow. I’ve done exams on pregnant dogs so I’m sure rabbits aren’t too hard
