I did a few days ago. He's a wild bunny. A wildlife rescue took him.
He was walking funny too

Hi everyone! Hope you and your bunnies are all doing well. Niven here is going in to be spayed this week (scary!). The vet we chose is about 30 minutes away (assuming good traffic) and I was wondering if anyone has any advice on how best to set up her transport carrier for the big day. It is a medium sized hard sided dog crate. When she went in for a checkup I just filled it with a big pile of hay. But for surgery day I was thinking something softer would be better. Maybe shredded paper, or a blanket? Any other tips for post recovery life would be much appreciated!

I would use hay. Should be fine.

That's a good idea although it can become rather smelly when it's been urinated on over long journeys.
For 30 mins it should be fine though
