Here's the area I want to set the play open up. To the right is the sunroom, to the left is the living room, behind me is the fish tank and the kitchen.
I would move the piano into the dining room so most of the cords would be gone and the rest I would put in those cord protectors that rabbits can't chew through, and the ones by the fish tank.
The baskets and plant will be moved as well.
When free roaming I'll use the playpen to block off the living room (unless under supervision).
Of course I'll bunny proof the living room, sunroom, dining room, and kitchen too.
Not sure yet where I'll put the hat (I'm going to keep it in a tall garbage bin). Maybe I the garage? Idk, it's not really close to his area. Possibly by the doorway to the kitchen.

The floors might get scratched up too?? And those look like really nice floors. That room/house looks gorgeous so I can see why she wouldn’t want a rabbit messing it up

I'm thinking I'll put some mats down under the playpen area and I'll keep his nails trimmed and possibly use a file or dremel. Will a cat scratch help?
