The Bunny Chat Thread - For Bunny Owners

Pretty sure Niven is enjoying this heat wave about as much as I am :hmm But other than that she is doing great!
It's been in the upper 90s here lately. Today it's been rainy and cool though.
I'm glad Niven is doing good! Staying cool I hope

Hey y’all, I got another rabbit. His name is Nugget and he’s getting neutered on Monday (guess I could say that hes losing his nuggets lol). Anyway, so far Muffin isn’t a huge fan, but she’s slowly not trying to get at him through the divider as much as before. He’s very friendly and loves to be pet and doesn’t mind being held, Will that change very much after he’s fixed?
I got him from a friend who needed rehome her rabbits, so I offered to take one. She said that he just turned 2 a few weeks ago. His mom is a checkered giant mix and his dad was some other mix, so neither of us are sure about if he’s going to keep growing or if he’s done. Is he done growing if he’s 2?
Btw, here’s some pics of him

Glad to hear everybun is doing well! :) Recently thought how I haven't seen this thread around much.

My two are doing good and surviving the heat of summer lol. Thankfully the fan I've got on them blows away pretty much all the bugs so that hasn't been an issue. It's very weird, but Pumpkin's abscess hasn't really grown much more, nor has she shown any symptoms of any problems or sickness. She's otherwise happy and healthy, which I'm glad to see, but I thought I'd see an actual decline in her. Perhaps the antibiotics we had her on helped kill any infection, but I thought with leaving the abscess, she'd still go downhill. Even though I'm a little confused on that front, I'm just glad to have her healthy and happy and here with us longer!
